NORTH ADAMS -- After nine months on the market, a Vermont couple has purchased the 90-room Holiday Inn on Main Street for $2.925 million.



John and Marilyn Larkin, of Burlington, Vt., finalized their purchase -- which includes an additional commitment of $2.5 to $2.75 million to renovate the hotel in order to retain the Holiday Inn franchise -- on Thursday morning.]]></description>

NORTH ADAMS -- Police Director Michael Cozzaglio said there has been no luck finding a 21-year-old man with mental health issues who escaped from an ambulance in front of North Adams Regional Hospital on Tuesday morning.
